save the date. the rest of chapter nine is coming to you on june 30th at 12:30pm EST. the password is already up for those of you on the midnight tier on patreon and will be released on tuesday for those on the twilight tier.
to say this chapter has been a long time coming is the understatement of the century. i don't think i've ever struggled so much with writer's block until chapter nine. but it's here and it's here to stay. humour, angst and a good fight all rolled into one.
in this chapter…
- learn more about Blane as you figure out why they holed themself up in the bathroom
- console or reprimand a sulky A and, at the same time, experience an N that isn't as strong as they like to make it seem
- see a side to Rylan you didn't think existed. consequently, see a side of K you didn't think was there
- attempt to get to the bottom of things
- fight.

yay! (also, this might just be me, but did some of the stats disappear with this update??? like the intimidating-laidback and independent-collaborative are fully gone on my computer??????? honestly, i'm a little too excited about new content to care <3)
eeep yeah. i was going to announce it with the update but i've decided to overhaul those stats unfortunately. i just didn't think they were important to the story and carried very little significance when i wrote flavour text about them, if at all.
that's very reasonable! i was just wondering whether i was going a little mad because i was replaying the game the night before and came back like "...... something's missing."
(also, just while you're here, your game is so so lovely thank you for making it??? is that a weird thing to add on? whatever, too late now)
