— (detailed) how would the romanceables handle MC getting put under a “mind control” spell? if that exists. to give an idea on it, MC seems to be strong and well liked , if someone were to manipulate MC’s clear thinking making them act irrationally and or violently. hahrhrhrjrkjf

Hey I just want to say thank you so much for making this if! This one of my favorite if that I’ve read, and I’ve been keeping an eye on every update. I was and still am enjoying every part of the story, the characters, world building. Your writing was really the foundation of this if and the icing on top at the same time.
I love A so so much, I really adore how you write his character and I thoroughly enjoy playing his route. I’m a sucker for friends to lovers with a pinch of denial (especially in A’s part) so you can imagine how happy I was when I first read this a long time ago.
I know making ifs is no easy work so keep up the good work, you’re doing an amazing job!!!
i genuinely love this game so much omg but I was just wondering if the revealing clothing and edgy clothing has the same options or if this was just a bug or mistake
what I did is whenever I was talking to Blane I tried all the options and then went back to see which one made the percentage thing the highest. But even doing that I wasn’t anywhere close to 70% 😓
q.q I checked after every single choice I made with him nearby or directly talking to him to make sure the points only went up,,,, and I never took romance options when there were other options for him that gave positive points, only took them when nothing gave positive points and it still works for romancing him- I swear Im not weirdly obsessed with him, it was a personal challenge to see how high I could get him q.q

this was one of the first games I ever finished, and I think I've played it maybe three times since then. Amazing game, great story, fun companions, and great dialogue.

Hellooo again. Anyways i have a question for the developer? evertides, If you had to choose the genders of the characters, what would you choose? Or if you think about them what gender do you think they would have? (Sorry if this doesn't make sense I'm not a native so my English can be a bit off)
I think it might be fun to choose the same genders (the one the developer says [If you answer ofc]) in my next replay! :)
If you're stuck on choosing genders, I'd use the randomize button. I don't have a preference for how I see my characters (and wouldn't want to state so to give players the idea that there is a "canon gender"). From a developer standpoint, however, I give them all they/them pronouns in my head (mostly for coding purposes).

?? do you mean the romance lock?? cause it's not coming untill later chapters. other than that ur required to choose a character to progress in the story but it doesn't have to be strictly romantic tho
I just finished my first play through of the current chapters and I'm astonished. I absolutely adore the characters and the relationship progression (how you can change how they treat you over time). The story is absolutely so well written and beautiful. I'm on the edge of my seat waiting to see what happens next.
One of the most entertaining parts for me about interactive novels is the romance aspect. I really like how you have to work for any reaction with several characters, how, even if the player choses the character they want to romance, it's not automatically given to them on a silver platter.
I love the characters and how vastly different each of them are. I had the intention of going down romance paths with several of them, but in all honesty when I saw how Blane and Nikolai interacted I instantly just wanted *them* to be together. (They feel very black cat and golden retriever.) The same can be said for Kian and Rylan (though it takes a while for you to discover Kian's soft spot for the half-vampire).
None of the interactive novels I've played have been updated as consistently as this one and are no where near as far along either. This one is so wonderful and I'm so glad I stumbled upon it. Props to the writer and creator. This is an incredible work and I truly hope you don't abandon it.

Hello I commented like a week ago before I really knew what this genre of game was and ooomg. I just wanted to say how grateful I am that it was this game that introduced me to the genre of interactive fiction bc I love all these games so much! I can’t believe I never knew they existed. And this one is obviously my favorite. The writing is sooo good and just the way you can really be yourself or be any way you want with so many options and branches idk it’s just so intricate it makes me so happy… Plus It makes me happy to be able to be male without having strange events or text where you can tell the game was made for a female player LOL. Basically a Goated game pretty much and I cannot wait for the next chapter.

Arcadie: Second Born is a good one. It’s like one of the only finished interactive fiction games I can find LMAO but it’s about 8 dollars on steam. If you want something for free honestly just look up interactive fiction, there’s a ton of free wips and demos and whatnot on here. I found a good list of them on the creator (evertidings) profile too. I liked Project Hadea (I think that’s the name) a lot but it’s definitely got some content warnings that need to be noted lol.

What’s the highest percentage you can get with Blane? I remember someone saying they got like 70% but I’ve only been able to get to 44% 😔😔
I've only gotten to 39% but have the highest romantic pts with him so i'm so confused-
